Jackson New Jersey is 1hr 50 min away from me . That’s an easy drive no sweat . I no we’re I’m going this coming spring to buy my new birds 🎉🎉

@@ninjip3460 Privately if you can is the best way in my opinion, but you can sometimes find nice things at shows as well if you are a bit more experienced and know what to look for when it comes to quality. Did you plan on flying your birds? Or will you just keep them to look at and perhaps show them down the road?

Iv thought about it. Imo they require quite a bit of work and you need the space (multiple kitboxes or lofts). Since I don't have that at the moment, I am considering Homers..not many but just a few. Currently im designing a small kitbox on Google Sketchup that I may build.
Wow. 22 bucks a bag for feed? We're paying almost $50 on the West Coast right now and it looks nowhere near as good.

@@gl36 Look for the video called Bayshore Variety Pigeon Club of New Jersey. That was last years show. This year it will be at the same place with a similar setup.

When is the next pigeon swap or auctionTrying to find some tipplers for my grandKids Have not flew any birds Since the early seventies If there's any air flow out there it will be well appreciatedI am catching flashbacksI used to fly flights tipplers and anything that fit in Someone had tapped me offAnd I knew who it wasWhen I got there I saw all my youngsters and his nephew sitting on the roofWhen I come off the roof I saw himI dealt with the situation thenThat was not the 1st time you have gotten meAnd now all I want to do is enjoy my time in life with my grandkids I have had animals in my life all my life right now I have 8 Dogs 5 are deer hunting dogs But I think this is my last year With hunting Dogs

Yeah I agree. Also when they don't trap fast enough and bum around.... they are overfed! Feel like lots of guys don't know how much a bird is supposed to get in a day. Keeping rollers rule of thumb was about 1 tablespoon per bird.
