What the Senator is not been candid about is the misuse of resources already at county. Money disbursed for health, once it reaches the county bank account, can be used for any other purpose than that it was intended for including unnecessary benchmarking trips and corruption.

SENATOR MANDAGO HAS ELABORATED VERY WELL ON THE DEMERITS OF HAVING A COMMISSION TO MANAGE HEALTHCARE IN THE COUNTRY.

But Jaramogi Oginga Odinga and Kisii teaching and referral hospitals have been internship centres over the years

They dont care about the ordinary Kenyan. As long as their medical cover takes them & their families to the Nairobi hospital with efficient & effective healthcare. Empty rhetoric by politicians.

The way fate works is that they will have the need for urgent healthcare when they are far away from Nairobi, and they will not make the journey, e.g., former Nyeri Governor Gakuru.

Mandago makes a lot of sense,asking stupid questions doesn't help the conversation...all other professionals are working on contracts..engineers,lawyers,teachers,bankers etc..these doctors are actually almost absent in the said hospitals

I concur with mhesh. On resources to follow the roles as well as there is no need of the said commission because as he put it correctly ile tabia ya kueka koti kwa kiti will return and no services will be rendered
