    Pedal sounds awesome! But... in all fairness... Joey could plug into a dog turd and make it sound phenomenal!!! Great job on the pedal! Preordering this sucker asap!

    I have had may Bloom for a few weeks and it the BEST pedal I have ever used. The fidelity from this unit is un-matched unless you drag around a pair of 1176's and Neve desk in your pedal rig. Each of the three functions work so ridiculously well that you'd be hard pressed to find anything on the market that comes even close. You might as well buy two, because you'll want a spare when someone steals the one from your rig. That and because it will become part of your sound and without it, you will live a toneless, soulless life.

    This video is crazy for me. I'm a church guitarist so Nigel is a massive inspiration to me and then we have Joey Landreth who I'm literally related to (according to a family member) all in one video... This is weird but awesome

    certainly a large -wow- factor at first approach ... but if you've tried your hand enough on boost, eq, or compression pedals you can 1 - see the advantages of the convenience/size of this pedal and 2 - hear the quality and versatility of each. the lightning quick squash of the limit mode alone is pretty appealing, and a blend is always better. the bloom is interesting. there's a lot to offer here.

    Okay, I have a Cali-76 Compact Deluxe and I own 2 PRISMS (I use one as a pre-amp and one as a boost, thank you for making such amazing pieces of gear Jackson Audio!!) My question is, how quiet is this compressor? My PRISM when set to low on the pre-amp is dead silent. Is the bloom also very silent? 🤔

  • @JacksonAudio

    @JacksonAudio

    6 жыл бұрын

    Very quiet. Moreso than a Ross type comp certainly. You can hear the audio how clean it is. No gating etc on the princeton amp.

  • @JacksonAudio

    @JacksonAudio

    Hello Mr. Jackson. I’m new to electric guitar. I’ve got a small Vox tube amp, Strymon Flint for reverb/tremelo, and a Tele. I was looking for a dirt pedal, but also one I could leave on at all times as a clean boost/eq control for my overall tone. I have an amp with only treble and bass controls, and I really would like more control over the mids to fine tune my sound. If I was satisfied with my clean sound I would probably just get a light gain transparent overdrive pedal, but I am looking for something to help tame the tele/still give me great clarity when I add a little dirt. Would I be barking up the right tree with the Bloom? Thanks again for the great demo.

    A lot of musician time went into the design of this comp pedal, finally! Guitar is a ‘special case’ for compression. I have a studio filled with fantastic vocal comps from UREI but not one of them has the sound I want for my guitar. Actually, the 1176 is a great guitar limiter, but that’s just one sound and I want more. More!! I’m a possible customer, but I need a question answered first. Is every external control and switch setting MIDI programmable? This information is either non-existent or well hidden.
