No taxes man. At the end of the year he will show a loss on Schedule A. All you have to do is show losses in the amount of winnings (PROOF) and it is a tax free, fun, entertaining experience for all.

This is his job. He's paid to entertain. With gambling most times you lose. But it's his choice and he's good at entertaining and making people smile and feel good I trust he knows how much he can lose and how much he can afford to do what he needs to do. I doubt that he's someone who gambles the bill money. Relax enjoy or move on.
