No" (because the interviewer asked right before "would you put your money where your MOUTH is") and it sounds like a sexual innuendo so he was embarrassed and they all started laughing

The joke was that he essentially said that he would never let a drifter into his mouth. He meant to say, he wouldn't accept a drifter into his home.

He said: into my mouth? No. Which can be heard as a sexual innuendo “taking it into my mouth” is technically a very sexual innuendo, so it probably shocked him and made him laugh from embarrassment
