Canada 150 Jackie Chan 成龍 sings 不再失去夢想信念, 明天會更好 and 'We Are The World' in Vancouver on July 1, 2017 to help celebrate Canada's 150th Birthday of Confederation. The Hong Kong movie star/singer's first successful North American movie 'Rumble in the Bronx' was shot in Vancouver way back in the 1990s and he said the movie enabled himself to become an international star. Currently, Jackie Chan has a new movie coming out later this year, The Foreigner, which he co-starred with Pierce Brosnan and Charlie Murphy.
Jackie sang with a group of children from the Vancouver Children's Choir and a number of airline hostesses from the Hong Kong Airlines in front of main stage at Canada Place where on the same night a firework display took place. The Hong Kong Airlines, a sponsor of Canada 150, also debuted the company's first direct flight from Hong Kong to Vancouver.
The three songs that Jackie Chan sang was Never Give Up Your Faith and Dream「不再失去夢想信念」written by Jackie's Chan's son Jaycee Chan 房祖名, 「明天會更好」Better Tomorrow and 'We Are The World'.

Jackie Chan deserves 1,000 yrs alive!
I saw him once in vancouver when he was filming rumble in the bronx. He was a humble person in real life.

Same here, I saw him in Stanley park.
It's so nice for those who were present to see him live in person. We watched his Movies, we listen to him sing, we watch his interviews & we watched how much he struggled in his challenge to learn how to speak the English language as he tried his best & is good at speaking it now. Remember Mr. Jackie, "we are not getting older, we're getting better". Happy 70th in 2024! We're the same age so let's pat our shoulders & tell ourselves how fortunate we are for living a longevity life with many happiness & Blessings. ☺

Dear, not sure if you got the memo, but the aboriginals got genocided by the crown. And the a good portion of the rest that survived, the ones that refuse to assimilate, are killing themselves with liquor and drugs. It's kind of been down hill since the colonization for them. What has the aboriginal community contributed to science and medicine since the colonization, or even before that really? They still hadn't invented the wheel 1300 years after rome fell. In the context of all conquests, and the British empire, and the Catholic church, the aboriginals are lucky to still be alive. And what have they done, minus a couple here and there, to contribute to our heritage since the colonization? Are they planning on reserving victim status for the rest of eternity, or are they going to come to terms with reality? The Canadian government can't help people who don't want to help themselves. This so-called apartheid is just enabling this really sad "culture" that we have now. The Indian act needs to be torched. As our Glorious Leader would say, "It's the current year".

Is human goodwill now only relegated to Canadians and Americans ? All others are disqualified I suppose and unworthy.... And no, I dont care about your politics or his. He appears to be personally genuine in his desire to help people which is obvious from past individuals & organizations who have benefitted from his generousity. Could be his greatest shortcoming these days may be naively trusting the wrong people.
