Since making this video I walked around Munich Germany for an entire summer day in the pouring rain. It kept me totally dry, and the inside wasn't stuffy hot at all.
Then, I spent a windy cold day in the mountains of Bulgaria. It was an amazing shell to break the wind and keep the chill out.

Thanks for the advice! I used the jacket based on your recommendation & it works like magic. Though just like you good weather follows me and I used it only once during what was supposed to be a rainy trip 😁

Nice review. Maybe I missed something but I don't think you mentioned it has pit zips, which is important feature when choosing a rain jacket.

Mine doesn't have pit zips, but Jack Wolfskin definitely has designs that do.
Loved this rain jacket? Can you please do another video testing our the jackets features? Would be awesome 😎
there is this superior technology to simulate rain called "shower" ;D

I just found your channel and saw this regarding pack & go rain jacket. I went to their site and the only pack & go was on clearance and was not the same jacket you were wearing. The one on their site had elastic cuff, different material and shorter. Can you tell me what jacket would now be like the one you had on?

Hi Debbie, I just checked with Jack Wolfskin, and there are two alternatives: One is the Elsberg 2.5L, which is also a lined fully recycled jacket: prf.hn/l/q3BWRdd For an even lighter non-lined version, the PreLight family is meant to be a more direct replacement for the Pack&Go family: prf.hn/l/deqzqz4
