Jack Smith asks judge to bar Trump from making statements that endanger law enforcement
In the wake of a campaign by Donald Trump and his supporters to spread a false narrative that the search warrant for Mar-a-Lago in Trump's classified documents case contained special use of force language that marked Trump for death, special counsel Jack Smith has asked Judge Aileen Cannon to restrict Trump's statements to prevent him from inciting violence against law enforcement.

I am 72 years old, and in the course of my life I have had many many jobs, but not one single one of them, was worth casting aside my principles and my beliefs for - so I quit jobs which demanded that I sacrifice my soul to keep. Any person who is willing to throw away their moral principles in order to keep a job does not belong anywhere near the wheels of power in Washington or any state legislature. We need to vote such people out of office - THEY are the REAL "swamp."

Legal experts of all stripes have concluded that many of her decisions prove she is completely inept and illustrate her lack of legal expertise .Some of her questionable decisions were overturned by higher court. Bannon has one more quick appeal to the full appellate court. Since Bannon had all 3 lower appeal judges deny him the full court should rule by the end of next week. Then a date will be issued giving Bannon a date that he MUST report to jail!

I am 64 years old and I have to honestly say I am glad my father, mother and grandparents are not alive to see what has happened to the United States! I think of the men and women who fought for democracy and freedom through the history of our country only to see what the insanity that Donald Trump and his unrecognizable Republican Party have brought to this once proud and honorable country! I never thought I would live to hear an American President call wounded and dead American military personnel “losers”! A man who was a draft dodger.. mind you, even if he disagreed with the Vietnam war as many Americans did, he never ONCE entered into ANY endeavor to serve humanity - he has only served himself and his wallet and even based on the number of failed businesses and his history of shirking his responsibility to pay his own bills, he’s not even any good with business! It’s really time for this country to stand up and say enough is enough of all of this foolishness. We can be a country of honor again while serving our fellow citizens and those in need throughout the world with dignity, respect and offer a hand up to those in need. Conditions of pre-trial release stipulate the defendant, posing a danger to society, making false statements, inciting violence, should be incarcerated. The media spends time on sideshows like a VP pick, rather than reminding the audience of just how dangerous this man is to the public.

Um, they have to be able to make a case. I don't think that a charge of "obstruction of justice" could even be sustained. I haven't heard one single legal expert say that. But we can just pretend and live in a cloud-cuckoo fantasy I guess.
