I started shipping them since the first episode and my love for them only grew more and more every scene. I love how they started off as two lonely, broken and sad individuals and ended up happy together - even if it didn’t last long (personally I do not hate Charmaine but I wish things were different).
Anyway, I’m sooooooooo looking forward to watch season two. Can it be released soon?

I didn't like his character because of the way he treated Charmaine. Though they started their relationship as a casual one eventually he could see Charmaine developing feelings for him which he was totally avoiding. Example: Charmaine asking to celebrate anniversaries, he could have been more clear to her then and finally getting attracted to Mel he jumped out of Charmaine with no sense of empathy.
Netflix is killing me!! 2020 sucks I need season 2 of Virgin River to heal me

ReiNamine These 2 are great people in real life too. I follow them on IG. She is married with sweet kids and he is in a relationship and has a sweet dog and loves ocean life and cooking. Its cool that they are good friends and likely like Jane Seymour and Joe Lando always will be. They have a sweet chemistry together. Fall/Winter 2020 means I will rewatch this many times 😊

This is one of the best edits I have ever seen. I just started watching this show today, and I’m almost finished. I love it.
I hope these two will end up together. It’s been a long time since i shipped two people together. I mean, i’ve shipped so many characters together before but i felt like their relationships were al kinda flat and this story and relationship is so sweet and it has all the feels of shipping someone. The last people i shipped were phoebe and cole from charmed they had that same chemistry. So many characters in tv shows just don’t have that kind of chemistry and these two do! They better be together in the next season.

If you love the show, I really encourage you to read the books. They are amazing.
I hope season 2 comes to Netflix soon. I really hope things work out for Jack and Mel.
Just love the series so much that am watching it the 2nd time around. You can really feel the sweet romance between Mel and Jack. And the way they look and smile at each other, it's killing me. It makes you fall in love all over again. Can't wait to see season 2 this nov.27.

Watching it made me remember some of the moments between Jack & Mel, especially when you combined all their precious moments into one summed up video! 👍 I’ve watched the entire 1st episode w/ my hubby & I was totally impressed with the genuine acting, especially Jack & Mel’s parts. Its my favorite show on tv show coz it give a lesson of determining the right versus wrong.
I think we all have this in our DNA small town romance :)
I’m a physician assistant and I love this show. I relate a lot especially with what’s happening with Mel and doc. It’s hard to make doctors respect NPs and PAs especially when we don’t have enough experience in a certain field. Anyways the medicine in the show is not 100% but I watch it for the characters and relationships. I love Mel’s confidence. I wish I had some. I hate seeing her cry cause then I think about my own pain and I try to shake myself out of this as she does, but it’s hard especially with this pandemic. Mel and I have something in common other than being providers, we run from our problems instead of dealing with them. If something doesn’t go my way, I take my things and leave. I do this when I’m in a relationship or when I get a new job. I hate that and I wish I would stop running one day and face my demons. I guess I’m still looking for my place in this world. Hope I’ll find it soon.

Currently reading the book and dare I say it the TV version of Mel and Jack's relationship is so much better. Never thought I'll be one to prefer live action over a book. However! There's more connection and more intimacy on the show, which makes it seem more real. Book is still good though.

Your vid Is very beautiful 👏 First read the books and then you will see the power that this couple has in ferrying through emotional difficulties and tragic moments experienced by the protagonists in this beautiful love story never taken for granted ... Instead as regards the complete disappointment series, the characters are soft from the expressive narrative point of view, no grit, they seem bored and it is a shame because the first kiss of Jack and Mel in the book and like other scenes are confused and mixed, I had many expectations, but they have been disappointed, I hope they resume the written thread beautifully by Robyn Carr which I love😍
