@Y&RFan 99 I remember when Victor was in New Mexico, at the hands of the son of a man he destroyed. I remember when he met Ramona and when that guy, Chet, fell off a cliff. Meanwhile, Jack and Brad stole his company. I remember liking Victor and despising Jack for what he did. I found him really great but now, I have a lot more respect for Jack than I have for Victor.

There was never any love loss between Victor Newman and John Abbott but they did have a mutual respect and we’re fierce competitors towards one another. Both were self made men who worked thier asses off and built an empire from the ground up and both of them had to look over thier shoulders because thier spoiled rotten children were running thier businesses into the ground .

Victor has always been a 'bad guy' but he comes off smooth and sophisticated because he uses 'family' as a means to an end of protection to hide his vile disgrace... I like his character but the people around him are idiots...this is Victor's power, surround yourself with people who are not smarter than you and you'll be king....Jack is a yuppie so he could never conquer Victor, and Ashley has always been the one used to sway 'The Newman's' but she's smarter than Jack because he's a guy that needs someone to 'believe' in him because he lacks ability through his inability.

the best rivalry in all of soaps is between these two men jack and victor because it is buisness and personal.

Victor Newman is a self made man who's parents left him in a orphanage, Jackass Abbott was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Same with Victor's children. You have to have ruthless bad characters on a soap. Love Eric Breaden and his character Victor Newman,he is the show.❤️. Love the death stare 👍👍👍👍👍

Actually I thought Victor got a business loan through Kay Chancellor to get Newman enterprises approved but I’m sure was paid back .

@@sugarthedogyt3573 Victor helped Katherine run her company when he came to Genoa City, and he started Newman on his own. He built that company on his own regardless if he got help from Katherine or not. I'm not asking for your opinion anyway! .
