Him with the hatty against the Sabres then winning the cup in his first playoffs is poetic. He got so much shit for VGK missing the playoffs coming off a major surgery and playing half a season but he proved to everyone these playoffs that hes an elite 1C as good or better than the rest. Not the elite goal scorer that everyone wanted him to be drafted next to McDavid but a truly well rounded player who can do it all.

Jack is not a Misfit, but he has risen to Misfit level in his first full season with the Golden Knights. Not only because of his incredible play, but also because of his appreciation of the fans, the community, and the team. He immediately walked into the hearts of the fans, and I know he feels it. He never really belonged to the Sabres. And this is what happens when you can unleash talent.
