Jameson is the best. Only whisky that matches its quality is Johnnie Walker

I shall vote for the Irish. It can be a sipper, enjoyed neat.

Both are unique great, ONE OF A KIND.

Jameson and JD both taste very different. Jameson is extremely smooth. I feel the taste of JD builds on slowly. It takes time to appreciate the sweet taste of corn and the smoky flavor. Why is it that Americans have Jack with coke? In fact, it is the only whisky that is traditionally had with coke.

My favorite is Jameson. But if you like JD I’ll say try Jameson Black Barrel. I used to like JD , BL Jim bim , but once I try Jameson it’s my favorite now

Pardon me Dada but is this comparison valid? JD is Tennessee whiskey and Jameson is Irish. Both are of different types with different flavor profiles.

Unfortunately I haven't tasted JD yet, though I've tasted Jameson. I've tasted another brand of bourbon, Basil Hayden. I was simply mesmerised with the notes and taste of BH. I would like to have a review of BH from you Sanjoy da.

Dada Amaro jd , Jim Beam whiskey pochondo over scotch and Irish whiskey , for its sweet flavor

Jameson is little neutral like Switzerland and India, it doesn't matter you trust, you won't remembered when you past out. Jack Daniels is like Switzerland who kills everyone Axis and Allies airplanes who entered it's airspace. They are very similar but Jack have stronger after taste, you won't taste Jameson after you tasted Jack(that is really weird). When you taste Jameson first, it leaves a taste in your throat, but when you sip Jack, it slowly replace Jameson taste. Jameson = Neutral whiskey. Jack: A very good substitute teacher.

Sir, this comparison is not perfect in sense of whiskey quality in my view . But this comparison is valid only for their popularity .

I love both JD and Jameson, both are pretty elegant, smooth whiskeys. But again I keep JD higher as per my palate preference. But I love Jameson too.

Not a fair comparison dada. Jameson is altogether different and Jd is another breed. Compare makers mark with Jd and Jameson with any non smoky blended scotch .. for e.g J&B... then it would be a fair comparison. Also u promised to compare Glenmorangie with Paul John brilliance which u never did..

I absolutely do not agree with this comparison, JD is an American / Bourbon Whisky & Jameson is an Irish Whisky, both of them are from different genres, whiskies, yes but both of them belong to radically different taste segment. The comparison is as senseless as comparing Virat Kohli's footwork in cricket to that of Novak Djokovic's in Tennis. The comparison in my books has no logic. Sorry, but I didn't like this video.
