All schools are to practice safe school policy. We don't use cane in schools anymore. I wonder where this is coming from because there was workshop for all teachers on safe school policy.

I swear u said it all...it must be stop.

That said headmaster is one lucky man. He was only interdicted by GES. Some families would go to the extend of making the issue a police case they will have a law ready to file charges such as trauma, physical assault , emotional distress etc. He's really lucky cuz some families don't care about GES sanctions all they know is court cuz they have got what it's takes to make sure you don't do that again.
