As an auto freak & car enthusiast my only choice below 20 lakhs cars in India are VW polo & Honda City 4th gen. Both provide supreame driving experience that I never feel letargic even after covering tones of km's with sheer speed !! Difference b/w VW & Honda :- Polo - Better in NVH, Better Chassis weight (High speed stability), Tight steering (good at highspeed ie 130+) City - Reliable (Naturally Aspirated engine), Soft steering (good in city turns) beyond 130+ not tight enough, Awesome fuel efficiency (less body weight) & non turbo engine. People simply fantasize about SUVs believing that they can climb a tree with it, forgetting that a human can do it. If ur car can't go further, just park it safely and just walk forward, or drop the plan and go back home. What the hell u gain by bringing a car over a mountain top after all those carbon emissions. Are u going to to dwell there. If so, them fine !! Unfortunately today, coz of market gimmicks(unibody SUVs) , there is neither a good sedan(unibody) nor a good SUV (ladder frame). If u know the road inclination well and know to drive a car in its minimum speed possible, ur eligible to drive a sedan !!

Honda made unreal and out of the world cars back then. Civic, city, accord 🔥🔥🔥.. I own a 15 year old Accord and it still runs like butter. No high maintenance and have just replaced an alternator till now.

After owning city for 15 years, I brought it again as my main city driving car the newer version. It is an amazing car.

My brother-in-law has 4th gen ZX CVT. I have driven it in ghats and I love that car. I wanted to upgrade from my Platinum Etios VXD, to an automatic car due to bad knee and my wife wanted a sunroof. Now my 5th Gen ZX CVT is on transit from Honda plant to the dealership. I'm desperately waiting for delivery and end of run-in period to take that car on long drives. I'd suggest Rohit to drive August 2022 or later manufactured 5th gen. Honda has taken customer feedback and fixed niggles of the 2020 lots. Yes, suspension is on softer side, but you can upsize to wider, stickier rubber at the end of warranty and get better high-speed stability, if your roads aren't having too many potholes.

True, I just upgraded from 4th gen zx cvt to 5th gen zx cvt in September and it is a much more superior product than 4th gen. noise insulation, cvt response, build quality, interior etc are much better than 4th gen. Also 5th gen has esp, hill hold assist and many more features which is not in 4th gen.

I have Honda city 4th gen VX CVT and extremely satisfied with the car. Smoothness is at next level. To cruise on highway at 80-100kmph it is unbeatable in comfort. Extremely practical and reliable, Awesome fuel efficiency is also a big plus point. I strongly recommend to go for the 4th gen city

I drive 5th Gen. 4th Gen lene mein sabse badi problem ye hai ki aap hamesha ye prove karne mein lage rahoge ki kaise 4th Gen 5th Gen se Achha hai. Jaise Oneplus waale karte hain ki unka Oneplus iPhone se kaise Achha hai. Sara mehnat isi mein kharch hoga.

I have just contacted my nearby Honda showroom they mentioned the same price for 4th gen V model 11.55 on road price and 20k discount.

I also own same car for 5 years, driven close to 60k with 16-17 milage, no doubt a wonderful machine. Only thing that I don't like is mandatory service after every 6 months. Service for New honda is after 1 years now.

I have Honda civic of 2006 lx model, now it’s over 135000 miles and last week I traveled with full load 3000 miles (5000 km) at a one go from usa’s west coast to East cost ,& till date no issue only routine maintenance. Honda civic , and it’s equivalent to Honda city in India. Always by Honda.

मैं bolna chahunga की jyada tar Indians के लिए Honda CITY status के hisab se Mercedes-Benz or BMW se kum nahi hai. CITY bole toh Status और Status bole toh CITY. Saath hi rahega और 10 Saal. Kitni Sedan aayi aur kitni chale gayi aur discontinued ho gayi. Isko koi nahi hila paya. Gaonwale toh koi bhi Sedan ko Honda City bolte hai. Itni hud tak City ne apna naam और Reliability se Indian ko jeet liya hai.

This car is amazing. I have replaced only battery & tires. A big drawback is ground clearance. I would buy it again only if Honda could increase ground clearance. In 13 years, I drove happily almost 140000 km without any problem.

I bought the City 4th Gen in white in Feb this year. I am fully satisfied with it. I mostly drives on highway within 80~100 and i am getting 19~21 kmpl. My old petrol zest managed only max 16. HONDA IS HONDA.

Even at 120 KMPH on Bangalore trips from Cochin , my 2017 4th gen gives me 17, 18 KMPL. Marvelous machine. But in city traffic mileage is 9,10 or 11.

Es gaadi ka sbse bada minus point ye hai ki.. iski Ground clearance bhut jyaada kam hai, urban areas me bhut difficulties aati hai breaker par se utaarne ke liye.

If you have little bit low budget then go for Honda Amaze.. best hai..
