My favorite episode of this series to date. I don't know why I did not expect this, maybe because Ja has always seemed so chaotic and boisterous to me (which is not an insult at all! I like some of his songs!) but his eating habits, fridge, and house has easily been the most relatable. Obviously his house is super nice, but it's not insanely grandiose. He was super pleasant, charismatic, and goofy. A+, Ja seems like a great dude

Ja rule his songs bring back to my middle and high school years lol, but he mentioned in the video that he likes ice cream and pasta and I love ice cream, Spaghetti, Lasagna and Soul Food, but I don't eat all everyday, I only eat either spaghetti, lasagna or Soul food only on cheat day, which is 1 day a week, this was a good video by the way.

The gym is excellent. I have a similar set-up (minus the bag, but I might get one!) and it’s so practical. Unless you are aiming to be a professional powerlifter or bodybuilder, this has everything you need.

A lot probably has to do with his staying off hard drugs and alcohol(minus the red wine he says he drinks before hitting the stage).... Those things age you drastically... He seems to be particular about what he puts in his body but yeah he's definitely in great shape..
