200 gm besan,4tblsp sugar,2tsp salt,1tsp citric acid,1/4tsp heeng pwr,haldi pwr,1cup water.grind it keep for1/2hr...add2tblsp oil.beat for 4minutes..Grease baking tray /thali.steamer ko ready kare.add1tsp soda nd2tbldp water mix in one direction.steam for20 to25 min
