Sabji serving for 2 ppl-
1. 1 tbsp oil
2. ½ tsp urad dal
3. ½ tsp black mustard seeds
4. ¼ tsp asafoetida
5. 4-5 curry leaves
6. 150 gram chopped French beans
7. 1 tomato puree
8. 1 boiled raw banana
9. ½ tsp salt
10. ¼ tsp salt
11. Add dry masala
For dry sabji masala-
1. 1 tbsp peanut
2. 1 tsp dry coriander seeds
3. ½ tsp cumin seeds
4. 2-3 kashmiri red chilly
5. 1 tsp sesame seeds
6. 1.5 tbsp grated dry coconut/desiccated coconut
