Perfect position of the accordion to the body. That's exactly what the accordion should do. The boundary of tones and halftones must be just below the chin, just as you see it is at the moment. For the position of the hands I will not comment it is absolutely correct. You can see here, education and master classes from a conservatory.

You might be looking for a Ukrainian button aacordion player Igor Zavadsky. It was him who was imprisoned for sexual abuse of minors and who has poor eyesight. He used to live in Kiev before conviction. Now he is released from prison.

Play it at 0.75 speed then its really good other than that its a craptastic look how fast I can push the keys song...
