I love strength sports but it isn’t for everyone. I don’t think many people can handle the constant breaking down of your muscles, doms, cramping, strict nutrition, etc.
His performance in the 2019 Weightlifting World Championships was insane.

Safe to start at a low weight, please dont try with 10kg plates. Range of smooth motion is key, don't let your body swing into it. under 2kg would be a good place to start with a high rep range
