from vancouver canada, i just met friends of jon pals son at fright night at play land. Sigmarson is my hero and i felt that meeting his sons friends was a great experience and as close as i'll get to him

I think every strong man, bodybuilder, powerlifter, whatever, should mirror after him and Misha. Those two guys are always soooo happy, nice, and kind hearted, but they are beyond strong. They actually have reason to be an ass, but they aren't. We love you Jon Pall.
