I just recently heard of J.J. Watt and he sounds like the nicest, most caring, selfless guy. I read that he does a lot of charity work and donations in the Houston area. He donated 1 million dollars of his own to help victims of hurricane Harvey AND helped raise an additional 35 million. Also, he has offered to pay for all the funerals from the recent school shooting in Santa Fe. I have so much admiration for him.

My goodness........he is just one gorgeous, handsome, beautiful man in so many ways. Whenever I see him I always think about the video with him at a professional basketball game and a young boy comes out and sings "The Star Bangled Banner". That young man did a great job and was exiting the court. J.J. got up from his seat and ran across the court to congratulate him and show his appreciation. The reaction of the young man (his eyes lit up) when J.J. came over to him is priceless. J.J. didn't have to do that; just shows what a wonderful, gentle giant he is and always has been. If you haven't seen the video you should find it on KZread. It will brighten up your day.

Thank You 3000 Oh really? REALLY? You can only juice if you look like Rich Piana. SURE. How fucking narrow minded are you? Did you know athletes do not take steroids to gain huge muscles like bodybuilders, but to recover from their grueling workouts? Did I just destroy your whole world with that fact? Face it, EVERYONE in professional sports is juicing, no matter if it's football, sprinting, boxing, doesn't make a difference. Ya'll are just naive as fuck, if you think anyone in there is clean (ok maybe the lower level ones are, but up top, NO WAY they're clean. NEVER!!).

As an athlete, he needs to eat that much. Ask any professional swimmer(think Phelps), or any other athlete how much they eat and you'll get similar answers. Athletes who burn through so many calories during their multiple workouts PER DAY, simply need to eat that much to replenish. Specially when they are 6'5" and nearly 300 pounds of muscle.

If you work out very often and with HEAVY weight, you'll have to eat more so as to keep up and recover. Then as an athlete you're also doing cardio so that's more food to eat. It's not like their sitting on the computer all day doing nothing. Go workout often and with good form + heavy weight and you'll find it easy to eat a lot more.

People doin that stuff say JJ is gonna die cuz he eats like a whale and looks like a bull because of his training. This guy is one of my heroes and I am training to do his profession and I take this a little personal. If u say these people use steroids, your just fooling yourself because of their success. This guy is a force of nature, so he is gonna eat like one and train like one. He is a pro defensive end and his team may never be Super Bowl champions, but he is gonna try his ass off to get them there. Y'all just a bunch of haters cuz he is actually a known person who is in the right mindset as a person and works for one of the best jobs in the nation

The NFL has ancient ways of testing for steroids, nothing technologically advanced. If they did know how to test for steroids, there'd be no fucking NFL.

Denying the use of anabolics is absurd. Everyone at the next level has top of the line genetics, but they also use top of the line drugs.

And BTW, he's a real man who eats 12 WHOLE EGGS daily. Not just egg whites. He's not afraid of cholesterol, and he's smart enough to know most of the nutrition is in the yolk And you body NEEDS LOTS OF CHOLESTEROL! 3000 MGs daily. If it doesn't eat it, it makes it. Every cell is made of cholesterol.....
