It's actually 20 years of dancing, Hobi started dancing in Elementary school and went to a Dance Academy at the age of 10. His Mom worked 2 Jobs, in a different State to support his Dream, recommend his Song Mama.

If passion were a person, it'd be Jung Hoseok. This man is undoubtedly talented but what took him to the level that he is now is his passion, grit, dedication, perseverance and love for music. Anyone can be talented but not everyone puts the amount of effort Hobi gives in everything he does. His growth from his solo works starting from 1Verse to OTS is astonishing. And also, I fully agree that he is an incredible performer. He never misses, be it in a small venue or in a big stadium full of thousands of spectators. His stage presence and his charisma on stage is beyond words. Sometimes rewatching videos of him performing brings tears to my eyes because of how proud I am of him. He has worked so hard over the years and still is, and he deserves all the praises and accolades he's getting. Though we may not be able to get some more new music from him any time soon, I know Hope World and Jack in the Box will always be a part of my daily playlist til he comes back. 🥺

RM has said many times that j-hope does half the work of being the leader of the group. so incredibly proud of him and all that he's achieved.

Oh fs hobis musicality is just spectacular. He's a world class dancer whos understanding of rhythm is really exceptional. The man can MOVE. And that absolutely shines in his music and rap, I always say he raps how he dances, very nimble and free flowing, with touches of complexities sprinkled throughout. He really listens to the music and finds interesting melodies and rhythms/pockets and utilizes them effectively in both his dance and rap. Edit: ah and Jin is the oldest RM is actually younger then Hobi even, well by a short amount but still. It's just that RM is the leader of the group and the first member. RM is the middle child in BTS, three members are older than him and three younger than him. But he’s the leader of BTS. In order to catch up with their current endeavors: After Jhope’s week it should be RM He released his solo album in December 2022. Then Jimin, because his solo album is dropping on March 24th Then SUGA because of his tour and possibly new solo album coming soon Then Jin, Jungkook and V.

He's gonna be 30 this year (2024) so really it's 20 years of dancing at this point. Which boggles my mind! Also, I've tried since, like, 2017-2018 to learn Boy Meets Evil. I did it with the video and remembered most of it. 🤣 I'm nowhere near as good of shape as I was back then, but I still tried. I did dance when I was 5 years old, I'm gonna be 27 on February 7th, 2024. My mother ended up taking me out when I was about 6 because I wouldn't pay attention, but I still love dance.

Thank-you for clarifying. Age order is VERY important in Korean culture and as they’re Korean, applies to them. It is confusing in the surface to see someone on the younger side be a group leader but that just speaks to RM’s character (top notch!)
