Help appreciated please! Setting up my cable run. It’s been very fiddly, now when the cars get to the wheels the rope comes off the wheel! Help!

What we have found is that when the seats get to the wheels, the weight of the seats pulls the rope lower, so you hear them click into place. After it has been running for a few minutes, one of the seats will fail to click into place and the rope falls down and the ski lift stops. Can someone help us resolve the problem please? The rope is on the rollers, it is just the alignment when it gets to the wheels. I have tried tightening and loosening the rope and slightly altering the position of the stations, so I am at a loss of what to do next. Please can someone tell me what the problem is and how to solve it?

Don't use a short rope (don't tend it) and with the pylons don't do deep variations of the steepness. Ex: If the cable is 10 degrees steep, don't put a pylon to change it directly to 70 degrees, let's do a variation from 10 to 40 degrees or something like that. Another thing, If the pylon makes the cable turn for example of 30 degrees, put the pylon inclined of 15 degrees to the lower part of the cablecar. Hope it is useful

Kay Boardman I had the same problem and solved it by gently glueing the wagons to the rope. Only with paper glue so they can be taken off if needed. But now they are perfectly attached and don’t come off any more 👍😄

you need more tension. My lift did that too, but when I made the rope tighter, it fixed it. Don't make it too tight though.

if they REALLY wanted it to look good they would have made the return station a detachable station instead of what they did there where they just did a fixed grip return station. THATS NOT HOW SKI LIFTS WORK! has any employee ever been to a ski resort?

You know, you CAN get ski lifts with 2 detachable based stations. They're called the "Profi-Sets".

No, you can’t. Only the roof is like on detachable ropeways but there aren’t any tires and other machinery in it. Please look somewhere and you’ll see that this is true. You can get compact set (no roofs), play set (one roof) and profi set with roofs on both stations BUT all ropeways AREN’T detachable.

La scala (1:32) non è esattamente la stessa, ma molti pensano che si adatti bene a un villaggio natalizio. Un villaggio di Natale spesso non è in scala molto precisa come nel caso dei modellini di treni, le figure spesso non sono in proporzione con le case ;)

Yes they are, and they don't look particularly good either (especially the stations)

Mon avis personnel, je trouves que ces miniatures coûtes très chère pour la reproduction similaire à un vrai grandeur nature. 4 petites roues de plastique de merde grotesque, des pylônes ultra moche sans détails, bref, il y a juste les cabines qui semble correcte.
