Exactly. It seems that the only person who loved him, truly and unconditionally, was his grandfather. Perhaps if his grandfather had not been institutionalized, Blaine would have become a different man.

Blaine is an excellent villain with loads of brilliant lines. He does all those truly evil things but then in one scene he hands out Xmas bonuses to his evil minions. I thought that was a really nice touch.

I know I rewatched the series recently the first time I saw it I hated him as a villain a guy with a tragic backstory that doesn’t take anyone or anything serious but looking back there’s a lot more to his character

They should make another Izombie series but its all about Blaine.

To be honest, I wish Blaine had completely followed through with the threat he issued against his father. And am I the only one who suspects that Angus (Blaine's father) was more responsible for the death of Blaine's mother than we've been led to believe? For all we know, he murdered her and made her death look like a suicide. Yes, Blaine's mother had been talking about killing herself. But I wouldn't put it past Angus to kill her himself.

He is just awesome. Only reason ive kept watching the show lol

i am ruined for any other zombie! Blaine is my one and only. These cruel producers are only giving one last season! Another good David Anders movie was The Revenant! Funnier than Sean of the Dead! I thought!

Blaine is my favourite character
