Oftentimes we must give ourselves challenges to inspire us to do what we know is important.

The class today will focus on working with awareness of various parts of the body. We will start by creating length, and finding space within the body (& the mind while building strength and stability.

Yeah! Clock in Day 1 but modify the inversion for my Day 1 menstruation. Thank you Teacher Kathy for your detail guidance~~~ Love it!

Hi Jojo, no problem to modify. Each day listening to the body and making the adjustments necessary. Practice this again once your cycle passes and you will have a whole new experience. Namaste
