IWS After the Game - Fresno State Football Edition 2022

The flagship series is back again for 2022! The Fresno State Football Season was another great one for the Dogs! After having a 4 game loosing streak, they managed to turn things around and went on to win the rest of the 7 games left. I managed to make it out to 4 of the 6 home games this year and found the usual drivers at it again, Edward in the side load and Daniel in the front load. 609 was down one of the Sundays so Edward brought out the older 602 which was a nice surprise.
Thanks to Edward, Daniel and the ground crew for letting me film once again!

Still looks weird seeing IWS doing the after game trash removal.. used to Allied hauling all the junk and nasty crap that is in those carts. I like that design Caglia put on the carts, signifying it’s a Fresno State cart. Looks cool.

Those Fresno State carts are now an official Mountain West collectors item so if you can get one, take one lol

Surprised that it’s already time for another one of these videos. Unfortunate that there’s no longer an abundance of classic AW carts, but the WX was nice to see in the beginning. Not sure why it sounded like a ZR (to me) during the dump cycle. Obviously haven’t watched the video yet but nice work so far lol

Thanks Spencer! Yeah it's unfortunate most of the old carts got pulled but there are still a few left at Fresno State.

Awesomeness! Enjoyed your over head shots of the pythons! 602's arm seemed a bit faster, but 609 flipped lids which was nice! 602 seems to be bleeding blue paint on the arm and it looks like the interior of the hopper cover is blue, wonder if that was an old color scheme or if they got it from another hauler....it was cool seeing it be on a WX too. Gonna have to rewatch this a few times! Thanks for taking the time to get this! Do these guys have resi contracts around? Can't remember if you ever mentioned that.

Thank you! I think 602 came from Houston but I'm not totally sure on that. IWS services Malaga and Del Rey Community Services District and has an exclusive area in Fresno County. Their side load routes are really small and most of their business comes from roll off contracts.

Would a rapid rail or labrie automizer do good on this route?

I'd choose an Automizer over a Rapid Rail for this.

Republic bought Allied in 2008. In some places, they still have AW carts, bins and even trucks but they're operated by Republic and will eventually be replaced with Republic branded equipment.
