I got in to Brown and it was the only college I applied to so I’m so incredibly happy and thankful!

“Tried all 17 years of your life” I didn’t even know what a Ivy League was lmao

I graduated high school in 2015, and I am enjoying this since it is fun watching people younger than me go through an event that I already went through.

My brother is a junior at Tufts and absolutely LOVES it!! Congrats!

I love how the handles the rejections, I could never be that calm

its so exciting to see all of these ivy decisions! My friend got into brown and dartmouth, was waitlisted at harvard and cornell, and was rejected from yale. It warms my heart to see how everybody's achievements are being recognized!

@@maxinecyria.3979 im not sure what his test scores were. I think a 1490 or so on the SAT? I know he got all 4 or 5 on his AP exams, and 750s on his subject tests.

wow the beginning almost made me cry im not an ivy kid im applying to almost all state schools with umich as my reach but i just submitted all my applications yesterday and the little monologue at the beginning gave me so much peace of mind thank you so much

Hello! I'm applying to some Ivies in the fall, and I'm taking two SAT subject tests this May in preparation for that. At most of the schools I'm applying to, they mention the tests are something vague like "recommended" or "optional". Do you really think they have much of an effect on admissions, or do I have reason to worry that I haven't really prepared for them? Thanks 😂 Oh, and congratulations!!

Hey! I really don't think they matter as much as your GPA, rigor, or SAT/ACT score, however, I think they still do carry weight in admissions. Usually if an ivy says a test is optional, you should submit it because it could help you stand out! I would try to prepare as much as you can for them (using official practice tests) but I wouldn't worry as much as your SAT/ACT and classwork. And thank you!!
