Take 2 vray material for leaves and other for branches add leaves bitmap for diffuse, bump and opacity and other same for branches just use bitmap for diffuse and bump only connect those both vray material to multi sub object material from general connect branch for 1 slot and leaves for 2nd slot and apply it to Ivy and render
