Ivry on his experience when recording the Tchaikovsky concerto in Vienna, about the first meeting with the german conductor 😁
We were sitting in his apartment in Paris and chatting about life when this recording came on radio and Ivry got very exited... I just had to grab my phone quickly and start to film :)

Absolute fire! No wonder Heifetz loved to listen to Gitlis. You've got to master the rules before you can break them. Gitlis is beyond rules. Even beyond the violin. He's a timeless, unique artist.

dunno if you guys gives a damn but if you are stoned like me atm then you can watch pretty much all the latest movies and series on instaflixxer. Have been watching with my gf recently =)

@@pneron2032 Gitlis mentioned it in an interview years ago. Heifetz would enjoy accompanying him on the piano at dinner parties.

Yes, thank you so much! Would you please do this more often? How is the great master doing now? I love his, adore him, and inspired by him! I listen to him,watching his playing everyday right after I woke up! I wish I can fly to Paris to take care of him......
