Hi, Tsh levels this low , will not affect sperm quality or sexual performance. Doppler is of importance only if you have any thrombosis or altered blood flow. Dr.Balakrishnan

Hi, FSH hormone levels upto 7iu/l is normal. So your hormonal level is perfect. Reduced sperms motility can never be due to hormonal imbalance. Mostly it's due to infection. Correction is possible Dr. Balakrishnan

Hi, There's no minimum motility for all procedures. If sperms progressive motility is minimum 32%,chances of pregnancy in natural, IUI and IVF are excellent. If motility is poor, it means that the sperm is not that healthy, so which ever method is used, pregnancy chances will be less than normal, compared to a man with normal motility. Correct the motility, pregnancy will be higher Dr. Balakrishnan

Hi, Sorry I didn't see your question anywhere. IUI is not a treatment for count of 2million. Better treat the cause for low count / poor semen quality, problem will get corrected on it's own Dr. Balakrishnan

Should I took iui if my husband has DNA fragmentation issues. How much success rate. He is now taking course of 3 month medication. After that, should we try iui or what? One iui is already failed but I am not sure at that time DNA test was done or not. Kindly help. Already wasted alot time

Hi, You have to understand that there could some reason for sperm DNA to undergo fragmentation. Like diabetes or tobacco use or exposure to petroleum or paint or excessive heat or commonly infection in prostate gland or epididymis gland. Clear that and you may get pregnant without any treatment. 3 month medicine he is having,is mostly vitamin and mineral, antioxidant. They will not make any difference. If you use such damaged sperms,even Ivf will be negative Dr. Balakrishnan
