My age is 31year Sperm volume: 2ML Sperm count :- 42million /ml Sperm mortality Grade 4: Fast forward:- 25% Grade 3 : forward slower speed in curved direction 20% Grade 2 : slower in poorly defined directions 15% Grade 1: sperm moved but failed to progress 15% Grade 0 : Nonmortile 25% Sperm morphology :- 95% normal form Pus cell 2-4 hpf Result : Normal Count with asthenozopermia Can this case will improve with Fartisure M Tablet and Or healthy diet? Or should we go with IUI / IVF Treatment?

I was bleeding on 7 weeks of gestation on Tvs cardiac activity was normal but there was a minimal perigastional sac Dr kept me on bed rest ..she take me on duphaston bid and progesterone supp and recommend nuchal translucency ultrasound on 11 plus weeks ..I'm worry about that sac ..could it be resolved on its own or there is something alarming
