I just went and found it and I like the Itzy usage a lot better. It feels like a natural part of Snowy but it's like a weird electronic disruption in Hands Up. Snowy is playing more off the dreamy lullaby vibe of the original song while Hands Up is more playing on that popular hyper sped up thing late 90s techno used the sample for. If you're old enough to remember Nokia, it sounds like their ringtone...

It seems to be a pretty popular sample. Other than ITZY's "snowy" there's also "bye bye" by Red Velvet and "hands up" by Cherry Bullet that also use the melody of "Für Elise". I love all three songs
