@@devasoorya1451 കുക്കറിൽ പകുതി വരെ വെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ച് തിളയ്ക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയാൽ അരി കഴുകി ഇട്ട് അടച്ച് വെയ്റ്റ് ഇടും . ഒരു വിസിലിൽ ഓഫ് ചെയ്യും. ഓരോ തരം അരിക്കും വ്യത്യസ്ഥ വേവാണ്. ഒരു തവണ വെയ്ക്കുമ്പോൾ അറിയാം . അതനുസരിച്ച് ഊറ്റാൻ ഉള്ള സമയം note ചെയ്യും. വേവ് കുറവുള്ള അരി ആണെങ്കിൽ നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിൽ പ്രഷർ കളയും. സിങ്കിൽ ഇറക്കി വെച്ച് കുക്കറിന് മുകളിൽ വെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ച് തണുപ്പിച്ച് പ്രഷർ കളയും. ചോറ് വാർക്കാൻ പ്രത്യേകം വെള്ളം തിളപ്പിക്കും. കുക്കറിലെ ചോറിന്റെ തിള തീരും മുമ്പേ തിളച്ച വെള്ളം ചേർത്ത് ചോറ് കലത്തിൽ പകർത്തി സാധാരണ ഗതിയിൽ അടച്ചൂറ്റി വാർക്കുക. ഇത്രയും വായിക്കുമ്പോൾ വല്ലാത്ത പണിയാണല്ലോ എന്ന തോന്നൽ ഉണ്ടാകും😜. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇത് ഒരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും ഇല്ല. ഞാൻ മാത്രമല്ല എന്റെ ഭർത്താവും മക്കളും ഇതുപോലെ തന്നെ നല്ല സൂപ്പർ ചോറ് വെയ്ക്കും. മോന് 31 വയസ്സ്. ഞങ്ങൾ തൃശൂരും അവൻ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തും ആണ്. അവൻ ചോറ് വയ്ക്കുന്നതും ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നെ.
