I can’t believe Traxxas got rid of the summit. Hopefully they revamp it make it bigger or something. This RC truck is truly underrated.

I never understood why people didn't appreciate it and traxxas didn't update it either. It is the most underrated rc, it is very good and when you convert it to brushless it is incredible

I absolutely love the E-Revo that was one of my favorite cars that Traxxas ever made I had 1/18 scale and I had the big E-Revo and I really wanted to get a summit and play with it I always thought they were really cool I saw a lot of people doing brushless conversions and I wanted to get one my biggest problem I've got a notorious 6s in my garage right now and I can't even afford batteries for it right now with the price of batteries

Moonlight crawler event looks awesome!

I recently talked with Traxxas Support and they said it’s “just out of stock”. I really want the Summit as my next truck, and eventually the E-Revo 2.0 (I own a Slash 4X4 Ultimate and merv). Traxxas fans need to petition Traxxas to BRING THESE BACK!

I was sad to hear about the Summit and ERevo. The Summit is one of the most well liked and respected trucks around the world. It's a great ruck. You can find well respected KZreadrs from around the world that have videos on it and singing its praises. It was the first larger scale crawler. Your moonlight crawler event looks like a lot of fun. I don't know if you're familiar with Operation 11 Charle. It's a veterans group that uses r/c crawlers to help veterans with PTSD. I wonder I there is a branch or group in Texas. They might enjoy moonlight crawling events.

The E-revo is my favorite RC vehicle of all time, I was confused when I couldn't find it on their model page. Surely they haven't discontinued it completely.

The summit is my absolute favorite vehicle they ever have made. I have two of them and my fiancé has one they’re great I even have the little 1/16 scale summit.

I'm super bummed that the TRX-4 Sport kit is gone also. I resorted to an amazon chassis. Fingers crossed it works out.

It's funny, you and I are polar opposites with our monster trucks. I always felt the Revo was a glass cannon, great but way too fragile for me to be a fan. But yet you can break my favorite, the Savage, in one session. New thumb steers look so much better than the originals btw!

I have the original release white Summit. Still in very good condition. I wanted to go brushless but ended up on the shelf. It does run good stock. Shame they killed it.

Only if you've kept it in the box. If it's used and doesn't have part support anymore. Generally those vehicles become less sought after and the price drops significantly

Keep up the 🔥content I actually stumbled on your channel couple years ago while researching my what turned out to be my first r/c purchase in 25 years!! 1 of my x xmax but it was your love/enthusiasm that reminded me of how much I loved the hobby and keep in mind as u know back then nitro was the thing to have .electric was just getting started with brushless 2s systems I’ve learned much from it /you since getting back into the hobby 2 years ago at 45 …I’ve accrued almost 40 different rigs from RTR to custom builds …thank you brother !

Yeah, I was sad to see the Summit discontinued. In the right kind of terrain, they are an amazing drive. E Revo 2.0 surprised me because they had just updated it within the last three years. Also discontinued recently are the Rally 1/10 and the TRX4 Sport kit. I'm curious to see what they do with the Hoss since the 4x4 Stampede is now just a rebadged Hoss. If they do a Stampede 4x4 VXL, that would be too close to a Hoss.

@@ToGrimmToWin They discontinued the old small Stampede 4x4. The new one that was just released is a Hoss with a new body and 2S electronics. If they made a VXL 3S version, it would be almost identical to a Hoss.

There's been a BL-2s Rally shown on the dealers' site since all the other BL-2s stuff was announced several months ago. But just a line drawing of it, no actual picture or render of what it will look like.

Traxxas is making more room on the assembly line for new vehicles. It’s like what they did to so many iconic nitros. I still miss the old .15 stampede and the Nitro 4-tec.

The hauler has 25 lights as standard, my hauler has now almost 80 leds! It's a little lightbomb!

the Summit and Revo were solid RC's but with the introduction of the TRX4 and Sledge i'm not surprised they're gonna discontinue the older models. the Hoss could replace the Stampede 4x4, and the Rustler 4x4 will probably replace the original Rustler. won't be long, and we may get a new version of the Slash. I would love to see a Slash 2.0 with the Sledge's metel chassis and brace.

The rustler 2wd is not going anywhere. That chassis has been around since the early 90's and still a viable chassis to produce. It still makes money.

No, it was out of stock for quite a while. But they are now back in stock. Brushed version has three all new body colors. For some reason, the VXL didn't get any body color updates. But both versions now come with their USB battery charger. Glad they didn't discontinue the mini E Revo. It's one of my favorites!
