perhaps record and extract the frames then run those frames through an OCR and take the output of that and feed it into a translator. it's a little bit of a complex setup but should work, at least conceptually, but you might have some issues with the recording it part for legal reasons.

Once they iron out the kinks to this it will be revolutionary. People will probably wear devices that translate what you say into another language near instantaneously. There's even AI that can mimic your voice now too. Chatgpt I'd wager would do much better than these two.
