Sir i am on revolade 25 mg daily for chronic ITP and platlate are stable at 60 thousand but my RBC and hemoglobin are continuously in increasing trend ( 6.07 / 16.7), last month it was 5.79/15.9.. What can I do sir? Please suggest

Mai ITP patient hu muze sir baat karni hai online.

Sir meri platelet count pichhle 2 saal se 95 se 40 thousand ke bich rehti hai aur WBC 4.5 se 6.5 aur himoglobin 15.3 se 16.3, aur bilirubin total 2.4 se 1.78 aur indirect billirubin 2.1 se 1.16 rehta hai mujhko COVID ka delta variant bhi hua tha.....sir kya ye ITP ho skti hai ya kuch aur ye soch kar main thoda sad rehta hu please sir suggest me

Sir mujhe halkisi bhi chot lagi tho instant swelling atta hai.baad me black spot atta hai.2/4 din rahta hai fir normal ho jata hai.mujhe 10 years se platelets ka problem hai.sab kuch try Kiya hai fir bhi kuchh fark nahi hai.hamesha halkasa chakkar atta hai.jow lock ho jayega yaisa lagta hai.toung me Kante chubhne jaisa lagta hai.chalte firte girne jaisa feel hota hai.bhot pareshan hu.pls kuchh bataye

हेलो सर मेरा नाम रिजवान हसन है मैं मध्य प्रदेश भोपाल से हूं सर मेरी बेटी 7 इयर्स की है उसको पिछले 10 महीने से आईटीपी है उसका सर मैं भोपाल के एम्स में ट्रीटमेंट कर रहा हूं बट कंटिन्यू उसका प्लेटलेट्स 5 हजार 10000 से ज्यादा नहीं हो पता उसको मैं सर अभी IVIG इंजेक्शन लगवा चुका हूं बट 2 महीने बाद वापस उसका प्लेटलेट डाउन हो गया था अभी रोमी इंजेक्शन उसको कंटिन्यू लग रहे हैं सर डेक्स भी दे रहे हैं लांज़ोल के साथ बट सर कोई ज्यादा इंप्रूवमेंट नहीं है क्या करें सर कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा है क्या करें आप बताएं
