Adobong Pusit recipe is a delicious squid dish made with the traditional Filipino adobo style. it is one of the common dishes in the Philippines. The recipe is made of baby squid pusit.
INGREDIENTS:
½ kg ordinary baby Squid or Pusit
3 cloves garlic, crushed & chopped
1 onion, diced
1 ripe tomato, diced
2 red chili, chopped
3 long green chili, sliced
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
¼ cup water
3 dried bay leaves
salt to taste
pepper to taste
sugar to taste
2 tbsp. cooking oil
