Huw Thomas is the newscaster. They should definitely bring back ending the news with just "That's all" and cut to closing caption - cut out the fake chat with the weather forecaster!
I seem to remember reading this is the earliest surviving ITN news bulletin, could be wrong though!
I would have got my news from BBC, but I would have tuned in for the ITN news theme tune!
