you won;t find snow but snow might find you with fresh snowfall....

booking depends on you man.. if you are ok with whatever you get then do not pre book but if you are choosy you can try to pre book

Not really, try to go in September, circuit will be open till mid October n may get close before that, but avoid rain which happens in August

Yes you can .. but kumzum la might be closed so you have to come back via same route

May be late n may be u are aware now, but still go frm Shimla side if u want to complete circuit bcz u ll not get AMS as most of the traveller face while going frm manali, n yes roads are still worst for about 40 km from Manali

In my opinion, do not visit Srinagar at this situation. I have face the problem on my Ladakh ride this year. Few areas in Srinagar are very dangerous for tourists also. My suggestions is to avoid Srinagar.
