In all seriousness though, their technique is great. I can barely hold a standing side sick on the mat before loosing my balance 😂.

It's hard to see the ITF with V neck Do-Boks. When I trained it wasn't the V neck. The General didn't like them.

No todo es lucha, alcornoque. Esto se utiliza para demostrar el estado físico del practicante: Salto. Elongación. Fuerza. Instinto. Técnica. Control. Respiración. Es de idiotas creer que el taekwondo es sólo pelear.

this is prearranged, its supposed to look like this. this is more about control, precision and timing then it is realism. if you want to watch people beat the shit out of eachother watch the sparring matches
