Visuals are generally better in a guide than an entire thesis

The timing for this is really precise. Keep trying different timings until you get it, then practice replicating the timing that you first got it with. It took some time before i was able to first do it but now i can consistently do it first try on both pc and console. Tip: you want to hit the take all button shortly after grabbing the item but not as quickly as possible. Try spacing out the inputs more

When I was younger I discovered this glitch while in lucky 38, and I managed to make it work with bottle caps by simply putting and taking it from the safe in the casino.

I intentionaly used poor muzzle discipline around Raul and he responded with "I already have enough holes in me". It's weird to hear an NPC recognize poor weapon handling.

​@@morphman86 easy start is to kill the three guards at gun runners as well as everyone else inside and then loot everyone after go to a bed or place to sleep for 3 days or wait a week wherever u want I recommend sleep to do this fast to break the vendortron for 8000 caps til u have 35k for dupe glitch

So, I think I have the timing right, When I do it, I pull the stack and it leaves me with the last item in the container while giving the "how many" menu but then it won't dup any suggestions? Can it not be an item I put inside that I'm trying to dup?

Complete sierra madre and gamble at the casino til you hit 7500 chips. You receive a free 1100 chips every three days at the bunker. Otherwise just buy all that you can at the known vendors then go home and sleep for 3-4 days and all the vendors will reset inventory. Can buy all over again

Huh. NVM I guess it needs to be before you grab an item from a container. Ie you can't put an item in a container then duplicate it. It also seems you can't put the duped item back into a container otherwise it will revert back to however many were originally there

Dont be sad, fallout is an outstanding game even without mods or glitches. Just enjoy the game. Be smart with your supplies and you wont need duplication

@@nikkelnine if you do the xp glitch where you can get up to 30,000 9mm ammo in an hour, you could do the glitch to use that much ammo on any gun. Really easy.

@@THEREALSCARLETRED keep on trying. When you speedrun this game, you learn that the GameBryo engine just isn't what it's stacked up to be. Just save everytime before and keep on trying :)

I'm not sure if it only works with stackable items I tried duping the power armor in the Deathclaw Cave. And it didn't work so I doubt it works

You're trying to take the stacked item and then Take All at almost the same time. That should be A and X, if I remember correctly. *However,* this might not work on consoles. I've seen very little luck with it on consoles, and many say it is not possible.

The TAKE ALL command on pc (key A) is not the same as the console because you can’t confirm the dialog with the take all key on console. That might be the cause

I think I discovered a duplication glitch with a controller but I still don't get it Sometimes it works sometimes not it's with a companion

I’m trying to dupe star caps but I’m having no luck. Is it because I’m bad or because they’re a quest item they can’t be duped? Edit: I duped sunset sassparilla bottles instead, though I had to drink around 1500 of them to get the 50 caps.

In Max Quests we dupe irradiated tags which is a quest item. However, star caps behave a little differently than most items from my personal experience. Speaking of which, what container are you in that has a star cap? I'm pretty sure you can only find them outside containers

a couple things before i get into this 1: this comment is late and probably won’t be of use to most 2: i have not tried this yet so i don’t know if it works so from my understanding from this, you must click the lmb insanely fast 2 times to do this. i also hear that it’s to fast to do on consle, making it impossible to do on xbox, ps4, etc. well i thought of you have a controller with mappable buttons on the back, that could potentially work. basically keep the select button where it is, but also map one of those unmapped buttons with the select button. i don’t know if this works, or you can even do this, but for those who can and will, let me know if this works as i don’t have that type of controller.

Only thing is if your willing to Exploit... but said exploit only works on PC and would benefit console player alot more than PC... why not just use console commands? For cheating items anyway. I can see exploits like the ulimited leather armor, EXP, and 9mm ammo for speedruns/streams, but if your just duping for the shits and giggles of a casual playthrough why not just use the console commands?
