Well I guess Ethiopia AI IS that bad. Also, if I'm not wrong, author prolly went historic mode, so AI is programmed to do the focuses it can't because Bhutan annexed everything, and then go economy, while the player is biologically programmed to react accordingly

Also that Ethiopia is very diverse and difficult in terrain, and AI isn't exactly good at holding points or attacking supply-mindfully. AI uses the technology of micro-battleplan, and while battle plans ai themselfe sucks ass at attacking and defending strategically, the 1-4 divs per order, + a load of orders means each div will rarely ever attack and abandon their positions immediately when a tile is attacked leaving an empty tile (which front line ai doesn't usually attack anyway tho).
