I love how people seem to keep their routine as if nothing extraordinary was happening

I was very lucky I had just been there the week before and saw mild flooding - we looked at the news in shock at the difference but also the additional perspective of know the city and how close to open water it truly is

Hello @DiTi, I am journalist for France 24, I work for a TV show about climate and environment called Down to Earth. We are currently filming a report on rising waters in Venice and we are looking for some footage of the 2019 Aqua Alta. Could I use some from this video ? Thank you very much. Kind regards. Why wouldn’t they open, Italians don’t fold just because of a little water

Fortunately the only time I visited Venice (it was in November several years ago), no floods. I noticed in the video one tourist with her luggage half-way underwater. That sucks. Her clothes, and everything else inside, gets soaked in sea water.

Hello, I'm making a non-profit short film about Venice and the Vogalonga. And I would really like to use some of your footage. Would you be okay with that. Let me know :)
