This year i think he will partecipate again to the Sanremo festival, but isn't probably he wins again.

This compilation should've been 2023 - 2013 so Marco would open and close the video. He was the actual winner back in 2013 with "L'essenziale", if you ask me. 🖤

Trust me, it's better that we didn't participate in those years, we had some dreadful Sanremo winners and the whole Italian musical panorama was lame. But we missed a once-in-a-lifetime occasion for a victory in 2001 (search for Elisa - Luce)

The songs from the 2013 (Marco Mengoni, "L'essenziale"), 2012 (Nina Zilli, "L'amore è femmina") and 2011 (Raphael Gualazzi, "Madness of love") Eurovision editions were pretty cool too!

God I love Due Vite! One of my favourites here. The harmonies near the end of the second one gave me goosebumps, wow. Måneskin is always great, Zitti e Buoni is no exception! Another favourite. I like the singer’s voice in the fourth song - and its vibes! The fifth song just isn’t my music taste… The sixth is interesting! Might have to listen in to that. The singer for the seventh song has a great voice! Love that. The eighth also isn’t my music taste… Oh hell I love the ninth! Those harmonies! I like that the last one rocks HARD…

Франческа Микьелин - лучшая! Причём оригинальная версия, а не та, что прозвучала на Евровидении. Вообще, Италия - самая невезучая страна на предмет переделки своих песен. Постоянно обрезают хронометраж до 3 минут, добавляют строчки на английском, в итоге - такой франкенштейн мало кому приходится по душе. А Франческу до сих пор переслушиваю, другие песни у неё тоже классные.

Because the two women in this video aren't Sanremo winners. You have to understand that what makes Italy's success in Eurovision is 90% the huge competitivity of Sanremo. Winning Sanremo already shapes a competitive song, that's why since our return every Sanremo winner hasn't been below the 7th place

Italy is good with women as well, why they didn’t access to the competition the same amount of times as men is another story, and it’s not about lack of talent of misogyny. Actually it’s more a matter of role in music, because Italy give more value to singers/composers, and that’s what you got from Italy for the most if you pay attention.
