I like vodka to. I use it to put my vanilla beans in and make my vanilla extract. I don't use it for anything else my parents used to add peas not my favorite

I just made this, following along with Grandma Gina, and it's 100% the real deal! OMG...I can't stop dipping my fresh bread in it. If you are using canned tomatoes, spring for Cento (San Marzano's) or a similar imported tomato. This is every bit as good as the best restaurants (in NJ/NY) use. these videos take me back to my chidhood. I grew up in the Bronx, NY and although I am African American my neighborhood was majority Italian.
