I don't know, the raw rice with carbonized garlic is hard to defeat. At least that "carbanara" can be eated.

You don’t have to be a professional chef to know you have to boil the water before you add pasta 😂

I like to follow the chefs guidance as much as possible. It took me a while to prepare for following Kay's recipe. It took a good couple of days to scrub the teflon off my frying pan before I could make a start.

I have a suggestion for merch. A shirt that has your Vincenzo's Plate logo, but it says "Soffritto!" with a picture of some finely diced carrot, celery, and onion.
