Italian Chef Reacts to How PASTA is Made in FLORIDA

Ойын-сауық

Guys, I need help, please! This video SHOCKED ME! 😱
Making seafood pasta is much easier than this, it is ok to use frozen seafood but you always need to opt for quality products that allow you to create a good dish!
Everything about this video was disgusting, but do they really cook pasta like this in Florida? Let me know in the comments.

As a floridian I deeply apologize for this, we do love seafood down here and many people dont have brain cells so I wouldn't be suprised if some pasta degenerates actually do this for real, but we also use lots of fresh seafood and we hace many high quality authentic italian cuisine as well :D I personally always get fresh fish and use high quality pastas (and cook like a normal person, like, you know, cooking the pasta in boiling water)

I’m not sure where she got that this is Florida pasta, this is disgusting! I used to use Barilla pasta until I saw your video on pastas. I don’t know. I had an Aunt and Uncle, both 100% 1st Generation Italian, who moved to Florida in the 1960s. They lost their minds and their culture. When they came to visit, we had to resuscitate them with ravioli, lasagne, ragú napolitano, and all the good food. They loved it. We visited them, and it was like visiting pre-packaged American cheese food at its worst. We didn’t visit them often. 😢🤷🏻‍♀️
