Brie / Camembert and black grape crusty baguette was a thing in the 80’s - the combination mimicking a “cheese board” (so cheese and fruit basically). It then transmuted to fried brie and cranberry sauce. So the Brie / Camembert tossed in breadcrumbs and fried.

You are wrong about Pepperoni it can be an artesian product . For example in Dalmatia region of Croatia there are many villages that make home made salami Pepperoni or kulen in their language. And it is very amazing piece of meat.

The first recipe looks "good" to me, I'm not sure if that's Brie of Camembert cheese, I would use much less grapes and I would slightly crush them before tossing in the pasta. Or use raisins instead of grapes, raisins go incredibly good with pasta, soaked in water or wine for an hour or so before cooking them in the sauce. Also, I would not use farfalle, I would probably use penne, calamarata or any other short hollow pasta instead, you know, a kind of pasta that would keep the big chunks of grapes and nuts in them. Maybe even rotelle. But all in all, I think the idea, the recipe is not that bad, just very poorly executed.

I can deal with the first one (without the nuts, but I don't like most nuts & have intolerance issues to most of those I do like). I'd crush the grapes a little first. The second: NOOOOO Way!

The only pasta casserole I still want is lasagna! As for the jar of garlic: you could probably eat a spoonful and not taste garlic: the only way to get real garlic taste is when its recently been cut.

I did throw up, as I'm a Type 1 diabetic with neuropathy of my stomach which causes my food to be unable to digest for days at a time. They need to put a trigger warning on their videos for people with a sensitive stomach 🤢

Il camembert fuso in forno una bomba, io apro solo la parte superiore e ci metto un po' di marmellata di scorze d'arancia della suocera :) Perfetto dip da aperitivo/antipasto. Le noci ci stanno di sicuro, l'uva pure ma non cotta... se adenti uno di quei chicchi ti procuri un'ustione di terzo grado al palato🤣Da notare che la pasta non l'ho neanche nominata 🤣🤣 Sulla seconda ricetta evito di pronunciarmi... This is what we are reduced to these days - people with zero culinary skill are throwing ingredients together and calling themselves "content creators". Sad. In the meantime, I will continue to learn from people with real skill and love of real food, like Vincenzo.

Pasta casseroles require that you use cold pasta, much like asian frued rice uses day old rice. Sad fact.

Vincenzo, breathe, just breathe. This is a Tik Tok/Facebook knock-off casserole that is only "Italian" by certain ingredients. Most of us make only macaroni and cheese as a true pasta casserole. If these knock-off's get likes, well, that's because they are funny, but in the long run, it's just hack food and won't be remembered tomorrow. I've forgotten it already! BTW, if that is the best thing they ever made speaks words. Cat food is a step up from that.
