Glad I came across this. One of the learning I took it from Sir is, Mental filter is done by emotions. It can be from external factors . If someone says something about XYZ person which is not actually done by him .If it is good thing then it is feed as positive in XYZ person mind.If it is a bad thing , XYZ may handle this either in positive or negative. This is an external factor which has to be handled by XYZ in positive manner.Here comes mental filter.we need to ignore the negative input or thoughts coming from outside and also from inside. Physical filter is done by food diet
