You were right Angel, his name was Sabo. I own a different variant of that figure from a toreba win i had. :) Luffy's brother is hard to pronounce. It's Por- Ga- Tas- as in pour. Hope that helps.

It looks like after they came to restock the machines some of them they started changing some of the claw strength.

Yea I thought the same thing whilst watching, especially if they don't restock it whilst you are there waiting. Either that or the machines change themselves after too many wins.
